Return, Exchanges & Refunds

Zoellayi will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. All returns MUST be confirmed by Zoellay before returning an item.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow Trendsi 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • Zoellay will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

• Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, with the hygienic liner (on specific items), and all vendor tags must be attached in order to be accepted

• Return packages must be postmarked within 7 days of the order delivering to you. Returns postmarked after this timeframe, or that otherwise do not meet the criteria of our return policy, are not eligible to be returned and will not be accepted.  Exchanges are for same product, different size only.

• Items returned with use, makeup, hairs or fiber, dander, dust or dirt, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise, do not meet our return policy mentioned above will not be accepted

Swimwear, Intimates, Cosmetics and Adult Toys are not returnable, unless there are defects.  These items will be replaced with the same size or same item.
